“I have so many reasons to recommend BU dental to everyone I don't know where to start. Due to long past trauma in a dental chair, I have severe trust issues with dentists. I was a patient of Dr Fraga and when he sold the practice I was devastated, despite his promises that he had his patients best interests in mind when he chose who to sell his practice to. He chose so wisely. Dr Serah and Dr Bautista are the absolute best. When I first met Dr Serah I was literally sobbing uncontrollably from fear. He was so calm, patient and gentle. That was the last time i cried in his chair. He has worked on my teeth for 2 years now and I have never felt any pain at all. Dr Bautista is wonderful, also gentle and kind. My children think she is so funny. When I flossed my temporary crown off (sorry guys!) Dr Bautista came in to reattach it the day after Thanksgiving, when the office was closed!!! The hygienists and office staff are so nice and so helpful. I've never had any kind of negative feelings going here. They have great tech too, you can watch movies and shows on glasses while they work, they take samples of the bacteria in your mouth and show you so you know how to best take care of your mouth! Take it from someone who has been terrified of the dentist for 25 years. If you need a dentist who is reliable, professional and consistently awesome, look no further.”

“Dr. Annie and her staff are absolutely wonderful, kind and so helpful! For my first visit, I had some concerns over previous dental fillings. Dr. Annie thoughtfully listened as I explained to her my experiences with my previous dentist. Dr. Annie really took care of me, explained every process that she was performing and purpose of the examination. I appreciated understanding what and why it was needed to be done for our appointment. In addition, it's great to understand your overall dental health. I was so impressed by Dr. Annie's state of the art technology in her office from x-rays, to the photo technology of your enamel and the camera to view the bacteria in your mouth. I have to say I am so impressed with the latest technology at BU Dental for assessing dental health and determine what is needed. The staff were extremely nice in the way they cared for me as well as clearly explaining everything they did. The staff took time to educate me on what I need to do to take care of my teeth in terms of what type of tooth brush to use as well as the type of mouth wash to maintain my oral hygiene. I have seen many dentists over the last several years and cannot recall anyone taking interest in educating me.
